(shoe arch supports). These shoe supports are total contact supports unlike many other orthotics on the
market. Total contact custom made orthotics can correct many foot and lower extremity problems.

We use a new casting technique called dynamic casting, which captures the corrected position of the foot during walking. The total contact fit decreases the pressure on the metatarsals. We can cure or improve the
following disorders: |
| Bunions, metatarsalgia, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, flat feet, high arches,
shin splints, tendonitis, neuromas, trochanteric bursitis, patella femoral pain. We can also fit diabetics
with or without foot lesions. |
| Medicare and most insurance plans will pay for orthotics if patients have a diagnosis of diabetes. Some insurance plans will pay for other diagnoses. We will call your insurance and let you know what it will cover. |

The orthotics cost $230 and they have a 5-year guarantee against shell breakage. They are fitted and returned to our department in a week to ten days. $230 is a small cost to pay for pain free feet.
