Sleep Center - Insurance, Location, Office Hours, and Scheduling |

| Insurance |
| Medical procedures performed at the sleep center are covered by most insurance organizations. The Clinic will prepare and submit your insurance claim as a courtesy to you. Because some insurance providers require prior authorization, our staff will assist patients in contacting their representative for specific policy coverage. |
| Location |
| The Physicians' Center for Sleep Disorders is located in the Medical Arts Building (2nd floor) at 350
Park Street. Parking is available in front, back, and side of the building. Please refer to the map on the bottom of this page. |
| Office Hours |
| Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and sleep studies are performed in the
evenings beginning at 8:00 p.m. |
